By enrolling in any course or program offered by Technosters Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission & Registration
- Admission to any course is subject to availability and eligibility as defined by the institute.
- Students must provide accurate and verifiable information at the time of registration.
- The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning a reason.
2. Fee Policy
- All course fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, discontinuation, or dissatisfaction with the training.
- Fees are to be paid in full or as per agreed payment plans before the commencement of the course.
- Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of access to classes, certifications, or services.
3. Course Structure & Modifications
- Technosters reserves the right to modify the course content, faculty, batch timing, or duration without prior notice to ensure the best possible delivery and industry relevance.
- Any such changes will be informed to students through email, WhatsApp, or website notices.
4. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards faculty and peers.
- Misbehavior, abuse, or disruption of sessions may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
- Sharing course material with external parties without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Certification Policy
- Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and required assessments.
- Full fee payment and minimum attendance (as applicable) are mandatory for certification eligibility.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All training content including videos, slides, code, assignments, and study materials are the intellectual property of Technosters Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
- Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of training delays, placement guarantees, or technical issues.
- We do not guarantee job placements, although support and guidance may be provided.
8. Communication & Notices
- All official communication will be sent to students via email or WhatsApp.
- It is the student’s responsibility to keep their contact details updated with the institute.
9. Jurisdiction
- In case of any dispute, misunderstanding, or legal matter, the jurisdiction shall strictly lie within Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where the company’s head office is located.
- Any legal proceeding arising out of the terms shall be subject to the courts of Agra only.
10. Privacy & Data Handling
- Student data is stored securely and encrypted using MD5 encryption methods.
- Personal data will only be used for academic, administrative, or support-related communication and shall not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
