This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules related to course fee refunds and cancellations. By enrolling in our training programs, students agree to the following terms:
1. Course Fee Refund Policy
- Students are eligible for a full refund of the course fee only if the refund request is made within 7 days from the date of course commencement.
- The 7-day period includes all types of sessions attended (online/offline), and is calculated from the first day of class participation.
- After 7 days of course commencement, no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Process
- To request a cancellation and refund, the student must submit a formal written request to the institute via email at [email protected] within 7 days of the start of the course.
- The email must include:
- Full Name
- Course Name
- Payment Details (Date, Mode, Transaction ID)
- Reason for Cancellation
- Full Name
- Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days through the original mode of payment.
3. Important Notes
- No verbal or WhatsApp-based refund requests shall be entertained unless followed by a formal email.
- Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- If more than 7 days have passed since the student started attending classes.
- If the student voluntarily discontinues the course mid-way.
- If the student is removed due to disciplinary reasons or violation of terms.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the student started attending classes.
4. Course Transfers or Batch Shifts
- In special cases, students may request a batch transfer or rescheduling, which is subject to approval and seat availability.
- Course shifting is a one-time facility and is not a substitute for refund.
5. Course Cancellation by the Institute
- If Technosters cancels any course due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund shall be processed to all registered students without any deduction.
- Students will be notified in advance, and alternate batches/options may also be offered.
